We wish to provide as much detail about our service as possible. This FAQ is an ongoing process, evolving from the many questions we receive each month.

· How do you ensure clean products?

We know that next to security and comfort comes cleanliness. We spend roughly 20 minutes on each product, once it has been returned to our store. Before each delivery we spend 15 minutes going through every product contained in that delivery, making sure every item is clean.

· Do you have a store where we can see the products?

Yes, we have a store near Nørreport Station at Nørre Voldgade 18 . Our store is 5 minutes by foot from the station and opening hours are 9am to 5pm.

· How to book baby equipment?

We strive to make it an easy experience when you rent stroller copenhagen. You can either call our customer service at +45 30 28 08 70 and we will make the booking for you. You will then receive a confirmation email and payment is done when you pickup the equipment.

· Can I book equipment online?

Yes, you can also make the booking online. Find the baby equipment you need, add them to the shopping cart and follow the checkout process. Here you will be asked if you wish to pick up the equipment your self or have it delivered. You can choose to pay online or when you pick up the equipment.
